WHAT IS CREATINE?

Creatine is a naturally-occurring substance that’s found in meat and fish, and also made by the human body in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas. It is converted into creatine phosphate or phosphocreatine and stored in the muscles, where it is used for energy.

CREATINE AS A SUPPLEMENT:

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Creatine Monohydrate. May contain: EGGS, SOY, MILK. 1 portion/day. Mixing instruction (1 portion): Mix 3.4 g (approx. 1 scoop, included) with 200 ml water or juice. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
