HOW DO I PUT IT ON?

To use Gudslip® mouth tape, start by thoroughly cleansing and drying your lips and the surrounding skin to ensure there's no oil or residue. Once the area is completely dry, apply the tape over your mouth, making sure to press gently to secure its placement. Check that the tape fits comfortably and does not restrict your breathing or cause discomfort. You can then proceed with your normal bedtime routine and go to sleep. The tape is designed to stay on throughout the night. In the morning, gently peel off the tape.
