Pre Workout Impact improves muscle contraction, increases energy levels as well as protein synthesis and muscle growth.

What you need to know

Maximum Strength and Explosion

If your goal depends on impact strength, muscle mass and energy, the formula you are looking for is this one. Pre-Workout Impact helps with muscle regeneration and delays fatigue, ensuring that you give your training maximum. Combines L-arginine (vasodilation enhancer), caffeine (ergogenic effect), Maca and Guarana plant extracts, which have a stimulating effect, increasing physical resistance and decreasing the feeling of fatigue.

Pre-workout Impact is a formula that will promote explosive strength, muscle mass growth, energy increase, and at the same time delays the onset of fatigue and facilitates muscle recovery and regeneration. What sets it apart from the rest of the pre-workouts is as follows:

– More efficient amounts studied for each of the ingredients;
– The fact that caffeine is extracted from coffee beans (more natural than anhydrous caffeine of synthetic genesis) ;
– In addition to caffeine, its energizing properties are also due to maca and guaraná.

Contains:

– Arginine: L-Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid. One of the metabolic pathways that uses L-Arginine as a substrate is the synthesis of nitric oxide. Several studies show that nitric oxide increases blood flow in the brain allowing a better supply of oxygen and other essential nutrients for correct brain function.

-Citrulline: Citrulline is an amino acid that belongs to the urea cycle, synthesized from arginine and glutamine in enterocytes. A study carried out in 2002 by Bendahan et al showed that citrulline increases aerobic performance, with a 34% increase in the aerobic energy produced, a reduction in the feeling of fatigue and an improvement in the recovery rate, with a 20% increase in the phospho-creatine rate.

– Creatine monohydrate: Creatine is a derivative of amino acids, produced naturally by the body, and is found mainly in muscles. Numerous studies have shown that, depending on several factors, namely the athlete’s physical form , creatine supplementation, allows a 10-40% increase in creatine and phospho-creatine levels in the muscle. Its short- or long-term supplementation demonstrated improvements in performance during high-intensity exercise, associated with increased levels of phospho-creatine.

– Taurine: Taurine is a non-essential amino acid, which is found mainly in the retina, in skeletal and cardiac muscle, which acts as a neurotransmitter inhibitor of the catabolic hormone norepinephrine. Studies have shown that supplementation with Taurine decreases fatigue caused by the practice of intense physical exercise and increases mental alertness. – Caffeine: Caffeine has been widely used as an ergogenic element, having shown an improvement in performance, even at low doses. The thermogenic effect of anhydrous caffeine has been the subject of several investigations. It seems to be more advantageous than the intake of coffee to increase sports performance. Supplementation with caffeine is particularly relevant in endurance sports, due to its action on different tissues. One of the most pronounced effects occurs at the level of the central nervous system (CNS), acting as an adenosine antagonist thus avoiding the feeling of fatigue. Caffeine also seems to act at the level of the energy substrate during exercise, saving glycogen and increasing the mobilization of free fatty acids to be used as an energy source. In the recovery phase, it may favor glycogen replacement. The increased release of beta-endorphins will be another way in which caffeine has a beneficial effect on performance.

– Maca: Also called Andean Ginseng, it has been used since the Inca times as a tonic capable of increasing the physical capacity and maintain the proper functioning of the organism.It is used to relieve symptoms of hormonal imbalance; increases energy and vitality, improves physical and mental performance, maintains a good balance of the organism and helps to reduce physical and mental tiredness.

– Guarana: Guarana (Paullinia cupana) has been used by communities for centuries indigenous people from the Amazon, known for causing stimulating and therapeutic effects, other things like improvements in mood and physical performance have also been attributed to guarana. Although it is thought that the effects are mainly due to caffeine, the evidence also reports effects of other constituents, such as tannins, flavonoids and saponins that give it an antioxidant capacity. Guarana also seems to have a psychoactive effect, namely in terms of increasing alertness, an advantageous effect for any athlete!
