INGREDIENTS

Natural mineral water, sugar, acid (citric acid), L-carnitine (0,2%), carrot concentrate, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (cyclamate, aspartame, acesulfame-K, saccharins), flavouring, antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Contains a source of phenylalanine.

SUGGESTED USAGE

General hydration strategy for activities > 60 min:

Drink approx. 200 - 300ml in the hour before sport
Drink 150 - 200ml every 15 mins during sport
As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle
