With a low fat content and few carbohydrates, Total Whey contains a high content of concentrated and isolated proteins from whey of milk (whey).

But we didn’t stop there. To complement the formula, we added a complex of digestive enzymes and a patented symbiotic – Lactowise® – with probiotic and prebiotic ingredients, which contributes to intestinal health. The combination of these two ingredients improves the absorption of nutrients and enhances the already known benefits of protein whey, improving body composition.

How to use?

If you train, take one serving (2 shakes) a day. You can take a shake 1 hour before training and another after training. To prepare a shake is simple, add a shallow measure (26 g) to 150 ml of water. And that's it!
