Amylopectin from waxy maize is a carbohydrate source with good absorption and no intestinal discomfort, which makes it perfect for an intra-training drink.

Amylopectin is a carbohydrate rich product originating from waxy maize starch. As a highly concentrated source of amylopectin, it has a slightly lower glycemic index compared to other fast-absorbing carbohydrate sources (such as dextrose or maltodextrin), which will lead to a more sustained carbohydrate intake with advantage of having better digestion.

This source of complex carbohydrates will be an added value in gaining muscle mass when consumed, both after training, in order to maximize adaptations to it, as well as at other times of the day, for those who have difficulty gaining muscle mass, by increasing the intake of carbohydrates.

How to take it
